Eriksen leaves Wolfsburg by mutual consent

Christian Eriksen has departed Wolfsburg by mutual agreement, following a brief three-month tenure at the German club. The 34-year-old midfielder's contract was set to expire in June 2027. Wolfsburg's sport director, Dieter Hecking, confirmed that the decision to terminate the contract was ultimately Eriksen's to make.
