She emphasized that the law will only intensify pressure on Russia and diminish Putin's prospects of weakening global support for Ukraine.

Trump's signature on this legislation, initiated by Senator Lindsey Graham, will further isolate the aggressor and diminish the resources fueling the war, Sybiha explained.
