Manchester City lineup: Is Enzo Fernandez playing against Coventry City?

Manchester City are preparing to host newly promoted Coventry City in the third Premier League matchday of the season. However, it remains uncertain if the Argentine midfielder will make his debut for City in the upcoming match at the Etihad Stadium.

Enzo Maresca, City's head coach, opted to start Nico O'Reilly in the left deep midfield for the match. However, Maresca is expected to make Fernandez his first-choice player, given their successful collaboration at Chelsea and the significant investment behind him. The substantial €125 million transfer fee paid by City for Fernandez equals the transfer record previously held by Alexander Isak's move to Liverpool.
