Transfer: Monaco reject Chelsea’s £38.5m bid for Camara, two players leave Arsenal

Monaco have turned down Chelsea's £38.5m (£45m) offer for Lamine Camara. Chelsea are currently searching for replacements for Enzo Fernandez and are also in talks with Roma regarding Manu Kone. The Roma club's boss, Gian Piero Gasperini, is keen to retain Kone. Reports suggest Camara is among Roma's preferred midfield signings. Additionally, Arsenal midfielder Ethan Nwaneri is set to depart the club and join Borussia Dortmund on a season-long loan.

Expert transfer analyst Fabrizio Romano confirmed on X: "EXCLUSIVE: Borussia Dortmund reach verbal agreement to sign Ethan Nwaneri from Arsenal, here we go! Season long loan agreed from Arsenal as Nwaneri said yes to this possibility overnight. BVB sources confirm salary will be entirely covered by the German club." Notably, Arsenal have also agreed terms to sell midfielder Fabio Vieira to Hamburg, with the deal valued at approximately £7.7m.
