Desa ParkCity deaths: Wife believed to be victim of love scam, say cops

According to police, a 48-year-old man suspected of killing his wife and two children in Desa ParkCity condominium was reportedly driven to the act due to his wife's involvement in a love scam syndicate. The investigation is ongoing to determine the exact motive behind the tragedy, which resulted in a total loss and debt of approximately RM260,000.

Police found a note on the dining table where the suspect left a regretful message to his wife, who was still trying to contact the alleged scammer. Additionally, police discovered a knife and gloves believed to be used in the murder inside the master bedroom drawer. The autopsy on the nine-year-old girl victim's body revealed a stab wound about five centimeters long on her neck.

The wife and the two children, aged 9 and 7, all suffered serious neck injuries. Forensic experts are expected to conduct further autopsies on the remaining victims, with the suspect's body to be examined the following day.
