Cami Clark, wife of Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, has recently found herself in the spotlight due to her correspondence with late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. According to a Wall Street Journal report and emails from the Epstein files, Clark had sought funding for a "luxury porn" business venture more than a decade ago.

As an entrepreneur with a focus on women's health and technology, Clark has pursued various business ventures in the past, though limited information is available about her online. She married Amodei in 2022, whom she had met in 2014 when he was a researcher. Clark's past entrepreneurial pursuits include launching a startup called Eddice to produce "more polished, upscale" adult entertainment.

The company, which aimed to be "intellectually promiscuous," sought Epstein's backing for its venture. Despite Epstein's initial reluctance to invest, due to his stance on "sex TV," he did not ultimately fund the project. Clark's connection to Epstein, who pleaded guilty to sex offenses in 2008 and was required to register as a sex offender, took place after that conviction.

The Epstein files confirm that Clark once communicated with Epstein and sought financial support, but they do not indicate any criminal conduct on her part.
