Reiger Park residents call for justice for 4 shooting victims

Residents of Reiger Park in the East Rand are demanding justice for the recent shooting incident that left four people dead. This call for accountability comes as they gathered at the House of Nations Church for the memorial service of Roleen Lessing, one of the victims. The other deceased were two members of the police anti-gang unit, and Lessing's friend, Jaydin Magerman.

Lessing's friend, Jaydin Magerman, was among the four victims of the shooting. The community is now urging law enforcement to apprehend the perpetrators swiftly. Community leader Cyril Reeby questioned the residents of Reiger Park, asking, "What did they do to you to deserve what you gave them?" He challenged the community to take responsibility and own the problem, urging them to approach houses and offer the perpetrators an opportunity to surrender.
