At ITCN Asia 2026, Comtech Associates and Cisco displayed their offerings at a joint booth. Comtech CEO Muhammad Irfan Ghauri led sessions on Cisco Meraki, a cloud-managed networking platform, and Cisco Webex, an AI-powered collaboration suite. Key takeaways included zero-touch deployment, built-in security, and rapid site provisioning (hours instead of weeks) for Meraki, and Cisco's Silicon One G300 chip and systems for AI infrastructure growth.
Employees from Cisco's Gulf, Levant, Turkey, and CCA regions attended the booth, including leaders Mohamad Besher and Kashif Ul Haque. During interviews, Farooq Zaheer, Cisco's CEO, emphasized the importance of security over AI for business operations and stressed the need for reliable partners who deliver service quality.
