At $500, this Intel Core Ultra 7 bundle with free extras is the ideal foundation for your next PC build
Get an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and Gigabyte Z890 motherboard for $500, plus a free MSI liquid cooler and software.
A recent Newegg promotion offers a bundled Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and motherboard for just $500, a significant discount from the original price of $580. This setup proves ideal for those looking to build a high-performance desktop centered around creative endeavors.
Included in the package is the Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus processor, a 24-core powerhouse based on Intel's Arrow Lake Refresh architecture. This CPU boasts 24 total cores - eight high-performance and 16 efficiency cores - and a maximum turbo frequency of 5.5GHz. Accompanying the processor is the Gigabyte Z890 AORUS Elite WiFi 7 Ice motherboard, an ATX model featuring a striking white finish. This motherboard supports DDR5 memory, PCIe 5.0, Wi-Fi 7, Thunderbolt 4, four M.2 SSD slots, and a 2.5Gb Ethernet port.
Adding to the value of this deal is a free MSI 240mm liquid cooler, valued at $72.49. This cooler features a 240mm radiator, two 120mm ARGB fans, and is compatible with Intel's LGA 1851 socket, making it a perfect match for the bundled processor.
Newegg also bundles the software, providing an Intel AI Software Bundle 2026 worth $69.99. This includes choices from Adobe Creative Cloud Pro and Adobe Express Premium. Furthermore, there's the Intel Motherboard Bundle 2026 valued at $59.99, offering additional software options. Altogether, these extras are worth around $202.47.
While the processor and motherboard would normally set you back $579.99, this bundle drops the price to $499.99. The inclusion of a free liquid cooler and software suite further enhances the deal's appeal.
Deciding whether to purchase this bundle depends on individual circumstances. If you're in the market for a new Intel desktop and need a high-performance processor, this bundle is an excellent choice. However, if you already have a compatible processor and motherboard or are aiming to build a more budget-friendly system, this bundle may not be the best fit for you.
