The X-Files Lego set is a wonderful bit of 90s sci-fi nostalgia
Brick by brick ... the truth is out there. You can now own a little piece of that with this 1,478-piece Lego set
The Lego Ideas The X-Files set is a delightful piece of nostalgia for 90s sci-fi enthusiasts. Comprising 1,478 pieces, the model is essentially two dioramas packed into a single display piece. The top of the model showcases a spinning UFO above a coniferous forest, a nod to the show's iconic setting. Beneath the woodland scene, Mulder's FBI office in Washington, D.C., is recreated with attention to detail.
The office is adorned with the "I want to believe" poster, crop circle photos, a newspaper clipping from "The Lone Brickman," and an X-File sitting on the desk. The minifigures include Mulder, Scully, Skinner, Mr X, the Cigarette Smoking Man, Alex Krycek, and even Flukeman. The set harks back to the show's 11-season run and two movies, capturing the essence of the era's sci-fi appeal.
