Benjamin Satterley, pro wrestler known as "Pac," dies at 40

Benjamin Satterley, a renowned English-born professional wrestler known by his ring name "Pac," has passed away at the age of 40. The news of his death was announced on All Elite Wrestling's (AEW) website late on Sunday, with no official cause of death specified. Condolences were extended by the wrestling promotion to Satterley's family, friends, and fans on social media.

Born in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Satterley embarked on his wrestling career in 2004. He joined AEW in 2019 and claimed multiple championships during his time with the organization. On Saturday, Satterley competed against Andrade El Ídolo in Chicago for the AEW National Championship but emerged as the loser.

Satterley's passion for wrestling ignited at age 18, inspired by his aunt's love for the sport, which featured the WWF as a major influence. He showcased his exceptional skills early on, earning monikers such as "The Super Superman" and "The Man That Gravity Forgot." Prior to AEW, Satterley wrestled under the name Adrian Neville from 2012 to 2018, securing titles like the inaugural AEW International Champion and a two-time AEW World Trios Champion.
