Asian Games Medal Tally Day 8: Can India make top 10? China reach 100 gold medals

India's tally of 25 medals, including two gold, 11 silver, and 13 bronze, sits firmly in the middle of the Asian Games 2026 medal table on Day 8. Two Indian athletes made notable strides on Saturday. Sawan Barwal, in a historic moment, clinched a silver in the Men's Marathon, becoming the first marathon medallist for India since 1982.
