Partisans from Ukraine's ATESH movement claim they have sabotaged the railway signaling system on the Lyman front, disrupting the supply of ammunition to three Russian regiments. The group reports that four relay cabinets on a line through Voronezh Oblast were disabled, delaying military cargo intended for Russian forces. The sabotage occurred as Ukraine's Operation Vivaldi, a counteroffensive near Lyman in northern Donetsk, was in its initial phase, clearing 75 square kilometers of Russian troops and reoccupying another 10 square kilometers.

The rail line targeted by ATESH is part of a corridor used by Russia to transport military cargo to the Lyman axis. Knocking out relay cabinets can freeze traffic on a stretch of track without causing an explosion. While the ATESH account cannot be independently verified, their recent campaigns have targeted Russia's supply lines, including disabling a power plant in Voronezh that manufactures components for Russian missiles.
