Clancy was eventually wheeled out on an ambulance, declining medication to continue testifying. He forgave Lindsay, despite her being labeled as a "killer mom" and "baby murderer." The mistrial was declared due to the jury's inability to reach a unanimous verdict after a week of deliberations.
