Patrick Clancy’s new wife Rachel Danis speaks out on romance, defends him after Lindsay mistrial; ‘Most selfless father’

Patrick Clancy, who recently married Dr. Rachel Danis, a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist, spoke to 60 Minutes about his life following a challenging period. Danis, 37, met Patrick while he was jogging in Central Park. The couple married in April at the Ladies Pavilion in Central Park, and have been seen together at various events, including a Barry's workout class and the NYC Marathon.

Patrick has three children, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan. In the interview, Patrick spoke about his children, stating he constantly seeks their help. Danis defended her husband, calling him "the most selfless father and supportive partner." Rumors and conspiracy theories suggested Patrick was involved in his children's deaths, but his lawyer, Howard Cooper, denied these claims.

The Lindsay Clancy trial resulted in a mistrial after the jury could not reach a unanimous decision after seven days of deliberations. Lindsay Clancy, charged with murder, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, arguing that she was suffering from postpartum psychosis.
