Lindsay Clancy trial update: Holdout juror believed ‘she was guilty’ from the start

The lone juror in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial, identified only as Michael, has spoken out, claiming that other jurors gave him incorrect information. Michael told Ray Marcel on the streaming series “Fugitive TV” that he believed Clancy was guilty from the start of the trial. According to Marcel, Michael maintained this view from the moment Clancy entered the Massachusetts courtroom.

Michael stated that he always felt she was guilty and never displayed or discussed reasonable doubt. Jury foreperson Roni Carlson also testified that Michael told her he had reasonable doubt but would not elaborate to the other jurors, adding that she believed he wasn't following the judge's instructions about reasonable doubt. Michael said the deliberations became tense from the beginning and that jurors were not in agreement.

He claimed Clancy's defense team asked to remove him for not following the law on reasonable doubt, but the judge denied the request, and deliberations continued.
