Michael Desronvil, Lindsay Clancy trial holdout juror explains guilty verdict push; hires Nolan Wells case-linked lawyer

Michael Desronvil, the lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial, revealed he had no doubts about Clancy's criminal responsibility. Desronvil, represented by attorney Edward Andrew Paltzik, stated in a statement that the physical evidence, key witnesses, and prosecution's arguments were sufficient proof of Clancy's intent and planning.

The jury deadlocked on Sept. 4, the seventh day of deliberations, leading to a mistrial. Paula Devlin, another juror, mentioned they tried to influence Desronvil, but he remained firm.
