China Tightens Exit Rules Amid Tech and Security Concerns

China has implemented stringent new travel restrictions for its citizens, including exit bans on individuals deemed to pose a threat to the country's industrial or technological security. Reports of exit bans involving foreign nationals, including US citizen Min Zin, exemplify China's increasing utilization of travel restrictions.
