Siasat dakwaan Hadi tawaran negara asing jatuhkan kerajaan, kata Rayer

PAS President Hadi Awang claims that a foreign power offered support to topple the Malaysian government during a 2014 meeting with then-US President Barack Obama, according to reports. This claim has raised concerns among the public, who have the right to know about any discussions that could influence, destabilize, or facilitate the removal of the elected Malaysian government. Raiser, a DAP MP from Jelutong, emphasized that if Hadi's allegations are true, they involve national security and the stability of Malaysia.

Raiser expressed disbelief at the failure to report this meeting to Malaysian authorities, including the Prime Minister, Interior, Foreign, and Security ministries, as well as the police and relevant national security agencies. He questioned why PAS remained silent until now, asking why the party waited until they were questioned during a recent PAS meeting. Raiser stressed that this is a matter of national security, not something to be celebrated in public gatherings.

During his speech at the PAS Muktamar today, Hadi revealed that several PAS leaders, including Takiyuddin Hassan and Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar, were summoned to the meeting at the US Embassy. He accused the US of being willing to help destabilize the Malaysian government, but two PAS leaders were reportedly unaffected by these allegations.
