Acer launches seven new gaming monitors across Nitro and Predator families — tri-mode panels, QD-OLEDs, Mini LEDs, 1,000 Hz, and more

Acer has unveiled seven new gaming monitors across its Nitro and Predator lines at the IFA 2026 event. Prices for these monitors range from $299 to $1,199, catering to various budgets and gaming preferences.

The Nitro family boasts four new monitors. The most affordable option is the Nitro XV270U Z3 at $299. This 27-inch IPS monitor features QHD resolution and a 275 Hz refresh rate, with additional modes offered at 1080p at 360 Hz or 720p at 520 Hz. The Nitro XV275U Z2 follows suit as a 27-inch tri-mode monitor with an upgraded Mini LED backlighting system, delivering 1,000 nits brightness in HDR mode, priced at $329.

Acer then introduces two 5K resolution Nitro monitors. The Nitro XZ340CKR P, priced at $699, features a 34-inch IPS panel with a 5120 x 2160 resolution and a 180 Hz refresh rate. It also includes a dual-mode switch that allows operation at 2560 x 1880 at 360 Hz. The Nitro XV275X P, a 27-inch IPS monitor with a 5120 x 2880 resolution, is priced at $1,199. It offers a 165 Hz refresh rate at native resolution but can reach 330 Hz at 2560 x 1440 resolution.

The Predator lineup starts with the $449 XB273K V7, a 4K monitor with a 160 Hz refresh rate. Switching to AMD FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync, it can reach 500 Hz at 1080p. The Predator X32 V3, priced at $899, presents a Penta Tandem QD-OLED panel technology in a 31.5-inch display. With a native 4K resolution and 180 Hz refresh rate, it caters to elite eSports gamers.

Lastly, the Predator XB253Q U1, the smallest of the group at 24.5 inches, is the most performant monitor with a native 1080p resolution and an exceptional 1,000 Hz refresh rate. Priced at $1,099, it houses AMD FreeSync Premium, Nvidia G-Sync, and a 0.3 ms response time. Most of these monitors are set to launch in Q4 2026, with a few extending into Q1 2027.
