Legos new Wallace and Gromit set gives Aardmans beloved duo a brick-built makeover — where to preorder

Aardman Animations' beloved duo, Wallace and Gromit, are making their LEGO debut this year with a 1,038-piece set as part of their Ideas line. Preorders are now available for $99.99, well ahead of the set's release on October 1. While the set is recommended for adults 18 and up due to its complexity, younger fans can still enjoy it with an adult's help for the more challenging parts.

The set depicts Wallace and Gromit riding their motorbike and sidecar, a scene straight from the film "A Close Shave." The 1,038 pieces also include fun accessories such as crackers, a yarn ball for Gromit, and a diamond from "The Wrong Trousers." What makes this LEGO set special are the posable features of both Wallace and Gromit, with Gromit even coming with goggles and the ability to pose his ears back in the wind.
