IBPS RRB Recruitment 2026: Application process begins for 13,441 posts

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) launched the application forms for the common recruitment process (CRP) on September 1, 2026. This CRP includes Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) for scale-I, II, and III positions, as well as Multipurpose Office Assistants. IBPS has posted these details on its official website, ibps.in.

Preliminary written examinations for both groups are planned to be conducted between November and December 2026. Training before the exams, known as Pre-Exam Training (PET), is set to begin in November 2026. The final date to apply and pay the exam fee is September 21, 2026. Applicants should visit the official website to register and provide necessary information.

The organization will open a form correction window soon after the application deadline to enable candidates to make changes to their submissions. The table below provides a breakdown of the vacancies per position for this year's recruitment drive.

Category-specific vacancies can be found in the official notification. The application fee for unreserved category candidates applying for Scale I, II, or III officer positions or multipurpose office assistant posts is Rs 850. Reserved category candidates, such as SC, ST, or PwD, can pay Rs 175 for the same positions. Aspirants should review the official CRP RRBs XV notification for information on the syllabus and exam structure.

Additionally, candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying, as not doing so would result in the cancellation of their candidature.
