Former Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Pinak Ranjan Chakravarty is set to appear on Express Explained.Live for a discussion on the current state of India-Bangladesh relations. Chakravarty, a former member of the Indian Foreign Service (1977 batch), served in Bangladesh twice, first as Deputy High Commissioner (1999-2002) and then as High Commissioner (2007-2009).
