Inditex abre la primera tienda de Lefties en Reino Unido

Inditex has opened its first physical Lefties store in the United Kingdom, located in Liverpool ONE shopping center. This marks the brand's debut in the UK, complementing the launch of its British online platform lefties.com at the end of July. Lefties, part of the Inditex group, will expand across the UK with three additional stores: Lakeside in Essex and Metrocentre near Newcastle, planned by the end of 2026.

This move is expected to generate over 400 direct local jobs and contribute to the regional retail and economy sectors. The Liverpool ONE store houses the full Lefties lineup, including Woman, Man, Teen, Girl, Boy, Baby, and Newborn collections, as well as Home Collection products, which extend the brand's identity into home decor, textiles, fragrances, and design items.

Lefties UK director Xavier Ruz Riera emphasized the UK as a natural next step for the brand in the world's leading fashion retail markets. The 2,500 sqm Liverpool ONE store, debuting the new Lefties store concept introduced in Madrid in 2025, features advanced technological solutions like EasyGo self-service checkout boxes, smart fitting rooms to improve access and in-store experience, and automated tools for operational efficiency, such as a robot arm for shoe displays and an automated clothing classification system.
