Kuwait, Pakistan sign defence and military cooperation agreement

Kuwaiti Defense Minister Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah and Pakistani counterpart Khawaja Mohammad Asif inked a joint defense and military cooperation agreement in Islamabad. The ceremony, witnessed by Kuwaiti Army Chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Khaled Al Shuraiaan, and Pakistan's Ambassador to Islamabad, Nassar Al Mutairi, was announced in a press statement issued by Kuwait's Ministry of Defense during Al-Sabah's official visit to Pakistan.

The statement highlighted the meeting's focus on reviewing Kuwaiti-Pakistani relations and exploring prospects for close cooperation in military and defense fields.
