Korea's Protestant church offer condolences to Nepal floods victims

Korea's Protestant churches have extended their condolences to the victims of devastating flash floods in Nepal. The United Christian Churches of Korea, representing the country's Protestant churches, expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives and sympathized with those who lost family members and homes. The organization stated that they have consulted with missionaries in the surrounding areas and plan to collaborate with them, as well as the local Korean community, to support restoration efforts.

Another umbrella organization of Protestant churches, the National Council of Churches in Korea, also released a statement offering condolences to the victims and raising concerns about climate change. Nepal's Catholic and Buddhist communities have similarly expressed condolences and pledged to participate in relief efforts.
