Pastor unveils Christian matchmaking platform with N700,000 VIP plan

Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo, a relationship coach and lead pastor of David’s Christian Centre, has unveiled a Christian matchmaking platform called Mentor To Marry. The platform is aimed at serious Christian singles looking for marriage, with membership plans ranging from N70,000 to N700,000 annually. Okonkwo posted about the launch on X, saying the platform is designed to guide members in marriage preparation and matching within a faith-based community.

The pastor explained that relationships have become overly commercialized, making it difficult for young men to find genuine partners. He lamented, "Relationships have been so commercialized nowadays that its almost impossible for a young man to find true love."

Okonkwo directed potential members to the platform if they wished to meet "godly, well-mentored ladies from all over the world." The platform's website highlights that it emphasizes mentoring over matchmaking, with members required to complete eight weeks of mentoring classes, assessments, and guided reflection before accessing matching services.

Membership tiers include Regular (N70,000 for 12 months), Premium (N350,000 annually), and VIP (N700,000 annually). Each tier offers different levels of access, including mentorship, profile browsing, weekly chats, and introductions. The VIP membership even includes a dedicated matchmaker and coach, priority access to the platform's founders, and off-platform introductions.

Mentor To Marry is operated by Love, Dating and Marriage Ministries, a non-profit organization registered in Nigeria. The platform states that it targets Christians aged 25 and above who are unmarried, divorced, or widowed. It enforces strict guidelines against sexual harassment, exploitation, fraud, and other inappropriate behavior, ensuring a safe and accountable environment for its members.
