Nagpur: NCP-SP Holds 'Tiranga Motorcycle Rally' Across Maharashtra Over Unemployment & Other Issues - VIDEO

On Thursday, the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar faction) in Nagpur organized a 'Tiranga Motorcycle Rally' to voice concerns over unemployment, alleged paper leaks in government recruitment exams, rising inflation, and delayed recruitment processes. The rally commenced at Samvidhan Chowk and proceeded to the District Collector's Office. Former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh led the event.

During a press conference, Deshmukh emphasized that the party had organized the protest to address multiple issues, citing youth anger over paper leak cases, increasing inflation, unemployment, the absence of various recruitment exams, and the installation of smart meters. He urged the government to take immediate action on these pressing matters.

Visuals from the rally circulated online, showcasing participants carrying the Indian flag (Tiranga) while riding motorcycles to their destination. Deshmukh also criticized the government for failing to take strict action despite repeated instances of paper leaks, particularly highlighting the recent case involving the MPSC Drug Inspector examination. He questioned the cancellation of the recruitment process at a time when the Food and Drug Administration department urgently needed inspectors.

Meanwhile, NCP (SP) state president Shrikant Shinde announced that the party had organized similar Tiranga Motorcycle Rallies across several major districts, including Mumbai, Thane, Pune, and Nashik. Shinde alleged that lakhs of government posts remained vacant from the highest levels to the grassroots, with no recruitment conducted.

He accused corrupt officials and politically connected individuals of undermining the recruitment process through repeated paper leaks, thereby jeopardizing the aspirations of young students preparing for MPSC examinations.
