Voice AI startup Ringg AI raises $10M in Series A led by Peak XV Partners

Bengaluru-based voice AI startup Ringg AI has secured $10 million in a Series A extension funding round, led by Peak XV Partners, with contributions from Arkam Ventures and Capital 2b. The company, co-founded by Siddharth Shankar Tripathi, Utkarsh Shukla, and Kali CV, had previously raised $5.5 million in its initial Series A funding round.

Ringg AI's mission is to enable businesses to automate customer conversations and associated tasks using advanced AI agents. These agents can comprehend context across customer interactions, company policies, and internal systems, allowing businesses to automate processes like lead qualification, onboarding, customer support, collections, and renewals.

Ringg AI currently collaborates with companies such as Policybazaar, CRED, Flipkart, Groww, Practo, Tabby, SuperNova, and GoodScore, serving clients across various sectors, including marketplaces, healthcare, banking, fintech, and IT. The startup's platform is designed to address enterprise-level challenges, such as noisy calls, multilingual conversations, WhatsApp interactions, browser workflows, strict latency requirements, and regulated data environments.

Ringg AI has built its platform for deployment in India, the GCC, the US, and Europe, as well as on-premise environments.
