Missing Penang Kafa teacher due to wed in September turns up in Kedah

GEORGE TOWN, Aug 26 — After going missing since last Saturday, a 26-year-old male Quran and Fardu Ain (Kafa) teacher named Mohamad Hijazi Zamri was found safe in Kampung Bukit Payong, Pokok Sena, Kedah this morning. Police chief ACP Anuwal Ab Wahab revealed the teacher was found in good health and not injured. The man, who had asked his mother for permission to travel to Surau Al-Muttaqin in Lilitan Sungai Ara on a blue Yamaha LC135 motorcycle, had not returned home.

Police thanked those who assisted in the search and urged the public to refrain from spreading unverified information. Mohamad Hijazi's father, Zamri Saidin, also expressed gratitude to everyone who helped find his son and shared that he received a call from a friend who had found him and verified his voice.
