UPSC CAPF AC 2026 Written Result Declared At upsc.gov.in; Shortlisted Candidates To Appear For PST/PET

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the results for the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Assistant Commandant (AC) exam 2026. The written examination was held on July 19, 2026. Candidates who cleared this stage are now required to undergo the Physical Standards Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The UPSC has published the roll numbers of the shortlisted candidates on its official website.

To check the result and stay updated on recruitment, candidates should visit the UPSC website and navigate to the Examinations or What's New section. They should select the CAPF (AC) Result 2026 notification link, download the official Answer Key PDF, and save it as a printout if needed.

Shortlisted candidates must log into the online portal within 15 days of the written result announcement. During this time, they must update their educational qualifications, submit required documents such as correspondence and permanent postal address, higher educational qualifications, employment details, achievements, and marital status. Candidates who have already uploaded all necessary information through the Common Application Form (CAF) must still log in, verify their details, and submit the Online Application Form.

The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) will conduct the PST/PET tests. Candidates must carry their e-Admit Card, hard copy of the finally submitted Detailed Application Form (DAF), valid photo identity proof, and supporting certificates for eligibility and reservation claims to the testing centers. Failure to update details within the 15-day window will disqualify candidates from further stages of the examination.
