Regeneron selects Veeva Vault CRM for global deployment

Veeva Systems has announced that Regeneron Pharmaceuticals will implement Veeva Vault CRM globally across its commercial operations. This strategic move aims to generate "Commercial Evidence" from field engagement activities, per a press release. Ryan Steinberger, Regeneron's executive vice president and chief digital and technology officer, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating that Vault CRM will provide a more connected platform for commercial teams, facilitating faster access to crucial information for informed decision-making.

Vault CRM is part of Veeva’s CRM Suite, tailored for commercial operations in the life sciences sector. It features an Agentic Call Report that captures data from field interactions. The agreement strengthens an existing collaboration between the two companies. Veeva offers cloud-based software applications and data services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, serving over 1,500 customers worldwide, from major pharmaceutical firms to emerging biotech companies. Veeva operates as a Public Benefit Corporation.
