Biogen commits to Veeva Vault CRM platform globally

Veeva Systems has announced that Biogen is committed to implementing its Veeva Vault CRM platform on a global scale, according to a press release. Vault CRM is a component of the Vault CRM Suite, a technology foundation designed for pharmaceutical companies' commercial operations. This suite offers various applications, including the Agentic Call Report for generating commercial evidence.

Guy Hadari, Biogen's senior vice president and global CIO, expressed excitement about expanding the strategic partnership with Veeva by transitioning to Vault CRM. Tom Schwenger, Veeva's president and chief commercial officer, affirmed that the company would serve as the commercial foundation for Biogen through Vault CRM. Veeva Systems offers cloud-based software solutions to over 1,500 life sciences customers, ranging from major pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotech firms.

The company operates as a Public Benefit Corporation. While the announcement did not disclose financial terms or an implementation timeline, this development underscores Biogen's commitment to leveraging Veeva's technology for its commercial needs.
