Jordan Morgan among 3 Packers starters who stood out in preseason

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur has confirmed that the starters will not be playing in the preseason finale against the Arizona Cardinals. This season marks the end of the preseason for the starters, but for three players in particular, they can consider it a success. Jordan Morgan looks the part at left tackle, keeping Love and Taylor upright in pass protection and rarely looking stressed.

While there is still work to be done in the run game, Morgan has anchored down the left side and done his job. Offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich is pleased with Morgan's performance, stating that he has been good and has stepped up. Matthew Golden, projected to have a bigger role in his second year, also had a strong preseason.

He made two great plays against Denver, showing speed, hands, and great route-running. Love, without needing to prove anything after a stellar season last year, displayed all his strengths during the preseason. The offense looked ready to roll on their final drive, leaving no doubt that they need no more work before the regular season arrives.
