Menteri Pendidikan Fadhlina Sidek led the list of 1,328 recipients of Malaysian honors for Bravery, Excellence, and Merit during the 77th birthday celebration of Yang Dipertua Negeri Melaka, Ali Rustam, today. Among the honorees were High Court Chief Justice Hashim Hamzah, National Police Chief Khalid Ismail, and Anti-Corruption Commission Chairman Abd Halim Aman.

Other notable recipients include Air Vice Marshal Muhamad Norazlan Aris, Petronas Executive and Executive Director Sazali Hamzah, and National Silat Malaysia President Megat Zulkarnain Omardin. Forty-six individuals received the Cemerlang Seri Melaka (D.C.S.M) award, while fourteen received the Mulia Seri Melaka (D.M.S.M) honor.

A total of 189 people were given the Pangkuan Seri Melaka (D.P.S.M) award, which includes Ketua Pengarah Penyiaran Azhari Muhiddin and Malacca-born singer Jasin, Siti Roziana Zain. Additionally, five individuals were lauded as Jaksa Pendamai, and 106 were awarded the Seri Melaka (D.S.M) honor. The government of Melaka announced that the 2026 Penganugerahan Darjah, Tauliah, Bintang dan Pingat Kebesaran will be coordinated with all relevant agencies, following established procedures to ensure smooth, safe, and comfortable ceremonies for recipients and guests.
