As the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) readies to release the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) city intimation slip 2026 for the upcoming September session examination, live updates reveal the event is likely to take place this week. The slips will be accessible for download on the official website, ctet.nic.in, requiring candidates to input their login details such as application number and date of birth.

Although the exact release date has not been announced, the CBSE anticipates the city intimation slips will be made available swiftly before the examination date.

With the CTET 2026 scheduled for September 6, the city slip will enable registered candidates to ascertain the exam city assigned to them in advance, facilitating their travel arrangements accordingly. The test will be conducted in two shifts - morning from 09:30 am to 12 pm for Paper I, and evening from 2 pm to 5:30 pm for Paper II, at various exam centers nationwide. Paper I will assess candidates for classes 1 to 5, while Paper II focuses on classes 6 to 8.
