Landers invite ex-All-Star slugger Romak for pregame ceremony

The SSG Landers, an Incheon-based club in the Korea Baseball Organization, have invited their former All-Star player Jamie Romak for a pregame ceremony next week. Romak, who holds the record for the most home runs by a foreign player in Landers history with 155, will visit the club for the first time since retiring in 2021. The veteran outfielder, who played for the team from 2017 to 2021, will bring his family and participate in various activities.

At Incheon SSG Landers Field, Romak will autograph memorabilia for fans and throw out the ceremonial first pitch. During his tenure with the team, which was known as the SK Wyverns under different ownership, Romak achieved notable success, including winning the 2018 Korean Series title and leading the regular season with 43 home runs. His No. 27 jersey has been retired in his honor.
