Osun election, sign of what will happen in 2027 – Oyo ADP guber candidate

Kunle Olatunji, the gubernatorial candidate of the Action Democratic Party (ADP) in Oyo State, has declared that the results of the Osun governorship election serve as a sign of what can be expected in the 2027 general elections. Olatunji made these remarks in a statement to the DAILY POST.

Incumbent Governor Ademola Adeleke, who ran on the Accord Party ticket, emerged victorious in the tightly contested Osun election. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officially declared Adeleke the winner on Sunday morning.

In response to the election outcome, Olatunji emphasized that no amount of influence or intimidation can undermine the voice of the people. He hailed the Osun election as a significant morale booster for the electorate as they prepare for the upcoming general elections. Olatunji also extended congratulations to Adeleke on his victory.
