Anwar launches Temu Fikrah, PKR Youth’s manifesto‑meets‑manual for courage, creativity and Madani governance

On August 16, Prime Minister and Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim inaugurated Temu Fikrah, a manifesto and manual created by the PKR Youth wing (AMK) ahead of the PKR National Congress 2026. The 113-page publication, penned by AMK chief Muhammad Kamil Ahmad Munim and AMK executive committee member Ashraf Ahmad Hadi, presents the group's fresh perspectives on tackling modern-day challenges.

Anwar introduced the publication as a timely resource that aligns with the Malaysia Madani philosophy, serving as the intellectual foundation and strategic direction for the country's administration. He emphasized that Madani embodies a harmonious balance between physical progress and spiritual purity, grounded in justice, compassion, sustainability, and respect in governance.

The deputy prime minister reminded young Malaysians, particularly AMK members, that the power they wield today carries a significant responsibility and calls for piety and moral integrity, rather than complacency or a celebration of superficial accomplishments. Anwar highlighted that rebuilding a nation plagued by past injustices and leaks demands extraordinary creativity, intellectual courage, and spiritual resilience from the younger generation.

Welcoming Temu Fikrah, Anwar expressed his hope that it would not merely be read but integrated into the daily lives of its readers, translating into meaningful service for the people at the grassroots level. The publication functions as an AMK cadre-building resource, urging members to appreciate the history of reformasi, grasp the party's foundations and ideals, and internalize the meaning of "Reformasi."

Covering topics ranging from the emergence of reformasi to the formation of PKR, the publication delves into principles of justice, policy frameworks, youth activism, and values of compassion and humanity.
