Ukraine Sanctions 13 Vessels, 39 Entities Over Stolen Grain Exports
President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree Friday, Aug. 14, putting into effect a decision by Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council from that same day. The new sanctions target 13 vessels, 11 Russian nationals and 28 companies involved in illegally exporting Ukrainian grain from occupied territories.
