ABVP, NSUI members clash at EFLU campus, cases booked

On a Friday morning, early hours around 4 a.m., students from the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) engaged in a violent clash at the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) campus. The altercation began as a verbal dispute between representatives of the two student groups, which quickly escalated into a physical fight in the Basheer Hostel area.

In response to the incident, the Osmania University police registered both a case and a counter-case against members of both organizations. According to the police, "The initial verbal duel between the two student groups turned into a fight. We have booked cases against both student groups." The authorities are currently collecting more information regarding the incident and the injuries sustained during the clash.
