Terms and Policies

The CNBC+ Supplemental Terms, which are part of the broader CNBC Terms of Service, outline the rules governing use of the CNBC+ services. Capitalized terms in the Supplemental Terms are defined in the Versant Terms of Service. Users are encouraged to periodically check for modifications to the Supplemental Terms.

The license granted by the CNBC+ Supplemental Terms allows non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable access to CNBC+ in accordance with the terms. This license is for personal use only and not permitted in public viewing spaces. CNBC+ offers live feeds, modified live feeds and video on demand (VOD) extras of CNBC content.

Content on CNBC+ can include closed captioning, video description and other data as required by law. Marketplace data may be collected via third-party measurement software. Certain content may not be authorized for specific regions or devices. Content subjectivity and quality cannot be guaranteed, as it varies among users.

Use restrictions include prohibitions on recording, copying, storing, rebroadcasting or redistributing live or VOD content. Users may not exceed the allotted number of simultaneous streams and may not use the content for commercial gain or to create competitive services. CNBC reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the CNBC+ service at any time, with prorated refunds for prepaid fees.
