These CNBC+ Supplemental Terms apply to your use of CNBC+ services. In case of conflict between these terms and the CNBC Help Center, these Supplemental Terms will prevail.

1. License: You receive a limited, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use CNBC+ services in accordance with these terms. 1.2. CNBC+ Services: CNBC+ provides live feeds, modified live feeds, and video on demand content. Content may include closed captioning, video description, and other required data.

1.3. Content Subjectivity and Quality: CNBC+ strives to offer a variety of content, but the quality of playback may vary based on factors like format, location, internet bandwidth, and device configuration. The availability of content may differ based on geographic location and device compatibility. 1.4. Use Restrictions: Use of CNBC+ is for personal purposes only, and commercial subscriptions are required for use in public viewing spaces.

Automatic tuning away from ads or promotional content is prohibited. Recording, copying, storage, rebroadcasting, or redistribution of Content is also prohibited, except for the recording services provided within CNBC+.
