Terms and Policies

The CNBC terms and policies outline the rules for using CNBC+ services. CNBC+ provides access to live and modified live feeds of CNBC content, as well as video on demand extras. Users can expect closed captioning, video description information, and other required data in the content. Nielsen proprietary measurement software may be used to track advertisement performance and market research.

Certain content may not be available in specific geographic areas or on particular devices. Users accept the Versant Terms of Service and CNBC+ Supplemental Terms by using the services. CNBC+ offers a limited, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, and does not permit use in public viewing spaces.

Automatic skipping or deletion of ads is prohibited. Recording, copying, storage, rebroadcasting, retransmission, or redistribution of content is not allowed, except through CNBC+'s built-in recording services. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the CNBC+ service and content at any time, without prior notice or obligation to refund prepaid fees.

Users may only have a certain number of simultaneous streams, which can change at the company's discretion. Sharing or profiting from CNBC+ content is strictly prohibited.
