Carrick insists Manchester United dressing room remains positive despite dismal run

Michael Carrick has stated that the Manchester United dressing room remains a positive environment despite the club's difficult start to the season. The team faces AS Roma in the Champions League tomorrow in an attempt to end a nine-game winless run. Currently sitting 17th in the Premier League, the Red Devils have suffered consecutive losses in three competitions.

Carrick expressed confidence in the players' dedication to both him and the club, emphasizing that the dressing room is a good place. He highlighted the importance of the players' commitment, stating that they need to improve their decisions but remain firmly committed. Carrick cautioned against placing blame on a single factor for poor results, noting that it often involves a combination of small and larger issues.

While acknowledging the need for improvement, he pointed to encouraging signs from recent performances, such as the strong effort against Chelsea. Carrick remains focused on turning results around, urging the team to continue striving for better outcomes. Despite the challenges, Carrick remains passionate about his role at Manchester United, emphasizing the value of overcoming struggles and the joy of working with talented players.
