Accident victim dies one day after fatal trailer, keke colloission in Delta

Esther Agboro, a resident of Okirika, Delta State, perished one day after sustaining severe injuries in a tragic accident that occurred on October 31, 2026. The unfortunate event took place at Iwhrekan Community, Ughelli South Local Government Area. The deceased, who was allegedly being pursued by law enforcement officers around Okwagbe Market, was riding a commercial tricycle when it collided with a heavy-duty trailer.

All passengers in the tricycle, including the deceased, were rendered unconscious due to their serious injuries. Esther Agboro, who was based in Asaba, Delta State, had a thriving business that required her periodic travel. Her eldest son, Agbaro Thankgod Ayibanugha, recently graduated after five years of perseverance, but the entire family is devastated by their mother's untimely death.

The family, currently waiting at a police station near General Hospital for necessary documentation, is seeking a comprehensive investigation into the tragic circumstances surrounding the accident.
