Ensure the name on your badge matches your government-issued photo ID. Nicknames or abbreviations are acceptable, but once a badge is printed, name changes are only possible for spelling errors or changing to a nickname. Transferring tickets to others incurs a $45 reprint fee at the event.

Update your ticket details through the "Manage Your Registration Details" link on your confirmation email. Exchanges are allowed once per ticket, with more expensive ticket exchanges requiring payment of the price difference. Less expensive exchanges are not eligible for refunds.
