Ensure your name on the badge matches your government-issued ID. If the badge is lost, a $45 reprint fee applies at the event. To update ticket details, use the "Manage Your Registration Details" link in the confirmation email. Ticket exchanges are permitted once, with a possible fee difference, and exchanged tickets cannot be re-exchanged.
