Wayne Rooney suggests that Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes should heed a lesson Sir Alex Ferguson taught Cristiano Ronaldo to help rejuvenate the team after their recent Champions League defeat. Fernandes recently expressed criticism of head coach Michael Carrick's tactics following the 4-1 loss to Como. Rooney, through The United Stand, stated that Fernandes may need a break similar to the one Ferguson granted Ronaldo.

Rooney believes Fernandes could benefit from a similar respite. This advice comes as Manchester United prepares for their upcoming Premier League match against Bournemouth at Old Trafford on Sunday.
