NPFL: Ranchers Bees part ways with coach Abdallah

Ranchers Bees have parted ways with their Technical Adviser, Usman Abd'Allah, by mutual agreement, the club announced. Abd'Allah left the NPFL club with some of his technical team, though the names of the retained members have not been disclosed. The move comes just 48 hours after Ranchers Bees suffered a 3-1 defeat to Shooting Stars in Ibadan.

This marks the second time in the 2026/27 season that an NPFL club has dismissed its coach. Prior to this, Abd'Allah was removed from his position as Technical Adviser at Remo Stars at the end of the previous season after a brief tenure of six months. The removal led to the relegation of the NPFL champions just a year after securing their first-ever league title.

Ranchers Bees had been experiencing a five-match losing streak before the club's management terminated Abd'Allah's contract nine matches into the current season. Currently, Ranchers Bees find themselves in 18th position on the NPFL log, with a paltry eight points from their nine matches played so far.
